The Sea View Hotel is a deluxe European style, full service beachfront Hotel best known for its exceptional personalized service. The Hotel features spacious designers appointed newly renovated Guest rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. An intimate private oasis of luxury with an awe inspiring landscape and breathtaking sunrise provides a personalized ambiance to our Guests whether sunning, swimming or jogging down the shoreline or beach jogging path at any time of the day.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT

Check in 3pm/ Check out 12 noon. Request for early check in or late check out is based on availability and is an additional charge. To guarantee, there is an additional night charge. Otherwise please check with the Front Desk the day of departure or day of arrival.

GUEST REGISTRATION

We require the guest registration forms to be filled out completed and signatures and identification for all adult guests occupying the room. We will also require the number of guests including children. Maximum occupancy 2 Adults and 2 Children per room which are based on fire code/fire safety instructions. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent an additional guest room for proper accommodations.

RESORT FEES

Each guest room will be charged a non-optional resort fee of $24 plus tax per room per day. This fee includes 2 lounge chairs by the pool deck or beach side and 1 umbrella per room. There is an additional charge if you require more chairs/umbrellas. Fee also includes unlimited use of our Fitness Studio.

INTERNET ACCESS (WIFI)

A complimentary WIFI internet connection is available for all guests in all rooms and common areas. To activate the connection, it’s necessary to enter the access code that is provided to all guests upon check in.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION AT CHECK IN

We required pre-authorization of credit cards/debit cards upon check in. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of the total amount of room charge/resort fee, taxes & parking if applicable. It is not a charge to your account. It is a hold on those funds. Once your actual charge is posted at check out, it can take from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization to be removed by your bank. Generally most banks release the hold within 3-5 business days, international bank may be longer.

PAYMENT BY A THIRD PARTY

Please contact our reservation department or front desk department to request a Credit Card Authorization Form at frontdesk@seaview-hotel.com or reservations@seaview-hotel.com if you are paying for a guest staying at the hotel. Form will not be valid unless filled out completely with signature and required documentation as stated.

Each reservation booked will detail the cancellation policy. We recommend you read in detail.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in guests rooms, on balconies or floor hallways unless it is a designated smoking room. If you smoke in a non-smoking room, a $250 fine will be charged to your account. Smoking is also only permitted in designated public areas of the Hotel.

PETS

We accept Service Animals only who are trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with disabilities. We comply with the Federal ADA regulations.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING

Room rates are based on one or two beds. If you require an additional bed, there is a fee for a rollaway bed. Cribs are complimentary. Please contact Hotel directly to confirm as they are subject to available if requested day of arrival.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

It is recommended that any special request regarding your reservations to be made directly with the Hotel. We do try our best to accommodate request but cannot guarantee and some may require an additional charge. Any requests made at check in will be subject to availability the day of arrival.

Coolers are not permitted in hotel rooms, by the pool deck or beach lounges. Failure to comply may result in denying check in or termination of the stay.

Hotel Policy for Packages

  • The person who receives the package must be registered guest in order to receive the packages at the Hotel
  • We accept packages 5 days prior to arrival date. If the package arrives prior to 5 days arrival date, Hotel can refuse the packages.
  • The packages have to be non-fragile or non-perishable. In the event that packages are accepted 5 days prior to arrival a storage fee will apply
  • Storage fee is $ 2 per package per day
    If your reservation is canceled, packages will not be accepted and returned to sender.
